To assist safe handling the maximum length per parcel is 150CM on longest side, Maximum Girth is no greater than 300cm or 3M - Girth should be calculated as twice the height of the parcel plus twice the width of the parcel measured around its thickest part plus one times the longest length. If your parcel is large but lightweight, you may be charged for its volumetric weight rather than its actual weight. If the volumetric weight of your parcel is greater than the actual weight, you will be charged on volumetric weight. If the volumetric weight is greater than 20kg, a surcharge will apply. If you wish to calculate volumetric weight, use the formula: Length x Width x Height (cm) / 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg).
